JOB TITLE : Global Graduate Programme in Finance (this position is open to candidates with disabilities and representatives of other underrepresented groups). FUNCTION : Finance LOCATION : Kyiv What is the Global Graduate Programme Global Graduate Programme is an 18-month career development program for final-year students and recent graduates. It is designed to accelerate your career path within the international C ompany and help you secure a managerial role at ВАТ Ukraine. You will be involved in tasks and projects across the following streams : Corporate Finance: • p reparation and analysis of the Company’s financial statements; • p articipation in the financial period closing process; • m onitoring and analysis of cash flow. Operational Finance: • c alculation of production cost; • p reparation and evaluation of business cases in manufacturing (investments, optimizations, new initiatives); • p roviding financial support for export activities. Commercial Finance: • a nalysis and preparation of reports related to the Company’s revenue management; • p articipation in pricing strategy development and price-setting processes; • e valuation and management of marketing investments. Development of Tools and Processes: • d evelopment and enhancement of existing financial tools; • p articipation in the automation of financial processes and optimization of departmental operations. Key requirements: • f inal-year student or recent graduate (within up to 3 years of graduation) ; • m otivated to build a career in finance within the international company ; • have leadership and strong analytical skills; • g oal-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset; • ability to relocate within Ukraine ; • a dvantageous: at least 1 year of professional experience (including internships and part-time roles) ; • E nglish proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher ; • good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365. Working Conditions: • 5/2 working schedule with flexible start and end of the working day (8-10:00 to 17-19:00); shortened Fridays until 15:00 upon completion of all tasks ; • h ybrid working model (2 days per week in the office, remaining days remote); • a rchitecturally accessible central office; • t he role involves continuous use of a computer and company accounting systems and requires a high level of attention to detail and focus; • t he role involves frequent verbal communication with C ompany colleagues.
