Job Summary TÜV Rheinland aims to increase its visibility and recognition as employer of choice, to attract more candidates for our businesses. As Global Expert Talent Acquisition und Employer Branding you are responsible for the definition and global implementation of Talent Acquisition strategies, processes, tools, and standards as well as for managing the Employer Brand of TÜV Rheinland in close collaboration with Corporate Marketing und Communications. You are part of the central HR team located in Cologne and report to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition. Tasks • In close collaboration with Corporate Marketing und Communications, you drive TÜV Rheinland’s global employer branding strategy and strengthen our positioning as an employer of choice worldwide. • By creating innovative campaigns and communication initiatives, you bring our culture, values, and career opportunities to life and inspire talents to join TÜV Rheinland. • Through continuous monitoring and analysis of employer branding KPIs, you identify opportunities to further enhance our attractiveness and visibility in global talent markets. • Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders as well as regional and local HR teams, you shape modern talent acquisition strategies and establish global standards and best practices. • With a strong focus on candidate experience, you continuously optimize talent acquisition processes across the entire journey — from talent marketing and active sourcing to onboarding and employee engagement. • As part of an international HR community, you empower recruiters and sourcers worldwide, manage strategic recruiting partnerships, and contribute to global HR and transformation projects. • The role is a fixed-term position for 12 months to cover parental leave. Profile • University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or other related field • Minimum of 2 years project management experience and minimum of 3 years experience working with intercultural teams • Significant experience in Employer Branding Strategies and campaigns • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Independent and goal-oriented work style • Fluency in English and German expected
