GLOBAL ENTITY FORMATION & EXPANSION SPECIALIST

Department: Client Services
Reports to: Chief Customer Officer

ROLE PURPOSE

Lead international entity formation programmes from discovery through operational readiness while building scalable global delivery capability.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

 - Lead entity formation projects.

 - Advise on entity structures.

 - Manage external legal and tax partners.

 - Coordinate registrations and operational readiness.

 - Own client governance and delivery.

 - Develop playbooks and SOPs.

 - Support commercial scoping.

 - Drive quality, automation and continuous improvement.
