Position Summary We are seeking a hands-on Global Director of IT, Security & AI Enablement to lead and scale the company's global technology environment. This role is responsible for IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, business applications, and AI-driven automation across offices, labs, manufacturing operations, and remote teams worldwide. The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with strong technical execution and is passionate about building secure, scalable, and efficient technology solutions that support business growth. Key Responsibilities • Lead global IT operations, including infrastructure, cloud services, networking, endpoints, collaboration platforms, and user support. • Own cybersecurity strategy and execution, including identity management, endpoint security, backup and disaster recovery, risk management, and incident response. • Manage and optimize business applications across Finance, HR, Sales, Operations, Service, and Engineering. • Drive AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives through internal tools, integrations, workflows, dashboards, and productivity solutions. • Partner with business leaders to identify technology needs and deliver scalable solutions. • Manage IT vendors, budgets, procurement, policies, documentation, and operational standards. • Ensure reliable, secure, and efficient technology services that support global growth. Qualifications • 8+ years of leadership experience in IT, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and enterprise applications. • Strong hands-on expertise in cloud platforms, networking, endpoint management, identity and access management, and cybersecurity. • Experience supporting engineering teams, laboratories, manufacturing environments, and global users. • Proven experience implementing automation, integrations, internal applications, or AI-enabled solutions. • Experience with Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace, Azure and/or AWS, Entra ID/Okta, ERP/CRM platforms, EDR, MDM, and IT service management tools. • Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, or GDPR. • Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills. • Fluent in Hebrew and English.
