As we continue to grow,   we're   looking for a Glazing Estimator to join   our   S ervice   department . This is your opportunity to contribute to   high-impact   glazing projects and work alongside some of the best in the industry. What   You’ll   Do • Build and   maintain   strong relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication and customer satisfaction • Analyze ar chitectu ral drawings, specifications, and tender documents for glazing projects • Prepare   accurate   quantity take-offs and pricing estimates for curtain wall, window wall, storefront, and other glazing systems • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to gather pricing and availability for materials and services • Develop and   submit   bid proposals within tight timelines • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and site supervisors to align project expectations and cost scopes • Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, and estimating databases to streamline your workflow • Maintain historical pricing records and contribute to ongoing improvements in estimating accuracy What You Bring to the Team • 3-5 years’   experience of   commercial   Glazing   estimation • Architectural Technology Diploma, Construction Engineering Technologies Diploma, Estimating Certificate, education in a related field or equivalent work experience • Strong understanding of construction documents and glazing systems • Solid analytical and math skills to support cost estimating and value engineering • Proficiency   in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams • Highly   organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Role Snapshot • Location: Head Office – 6675   Rexwood   Rd, Mississauga, ON • J ob Type: Permanent | Full-Time • Hours of Work: M-F, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. • Salary: $60,000–$ 8 0, 000 (Based on experience) • Reports to: Service Manager • Vacancy Reason: Existing Vacancy • Number of Positions: 1 Why Join Bothwell-Accurate • Real opportunities to grow and advance • A team that supports you like family • Competitive benefits that grow with you • Bi-weekly pay you can count on • Work on high-profile, high-impact projects Where your work shapes skylines, and your growth shapes your career.
