Your Responsibilities As a German Technical Support Specialist, you will: Be the first point of contact for customers experiencing issues with electric vehicle (EV) charging stations. Provide support via phone, email, and chat . Perform basic troubleshooting (connectivity, resets, app configurations, cable checks). Escalate complex issues to advanced support teams, ensuring accurate documentation. Keep up with the latest EV charger models, firmware, and updates. Maintain professionalism and a positive experience for all customers.
