We are looking for an experienced German-speaking Talent Sourcer based remotely in the CEE region. If you thrive in high-growth remote environments, excel at uncovering hidden talent, and speak fluent German to engage top-tier professionals, we’d love to talk to you. - Contract: Indefinite B2B - Location: 100% Remote (Must be based in the CEE region) - Notice period: ASAP (up to 1 month) - Language: German and English (minimum C1) WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: - Candidate Sourcing & Pipelining: Source suitable candidates through various channels and create proactive talent pipelines for current and future hires. - Candidate Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for incoming candidates. You will interact with potential candidates on professional networks, and follow up or reach out to engage different types of talent. - Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to accurately define candidate personas and coordinate/set up candidate interviews with the team. - Process & Analytics: Measure and record conversion rates to track the success of your sourcing channels and strategies. WHO YOU ARE: - Experienced Sourcer: You have at least 2+ years of experience with sourcing techniques, such as recruiting on professional platforms and crafting effective Boolean search strings. - Bilingual Professional: You have strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English (minimum C1 is essential). - Market Expert: You have a solid track record in successfully sourcing for the EMEA/DACH markets. - Analytical Problem-Solver: You leverage analytical skills to drive creative problem-solving and decision-making in your sourcing approach. - Perfectly Aligned: You are based in EMEA or within the CEST time zone (±2 hours) to ensure seamless alignment with team and client working hours. - Systems Savvy (Bonus): Advanced user knowledge of LinkedIn, Lever, Greenhouse, or other ATS tools is considered a great plus.
