Main duties: To provide excellent B2B customer service and administrative support
The role:
– Respond to client enquiries in a timely manner, ensuring a quick turnaround time for order status updates
– Provide technical product advice and recommendations to clients based on their requirements
– Keep record of stock availability and lead times in order to advise customers accordingly
– Maintain accurate client details in the system and update when needed
– Process purchase orders, invoices and other documentation in the system
– Monitor customer satisfaction and suggest areas for improvements where necessary
