With a proven track record of excellence and a deeply personalised approach to staffing, we have established ourselves as a trusted partner for both candidates and employers throughout Europe and beyond. At Mercier Consultancy Group, we are committed to building careers — not just filling positions. Job Overview Mercier Consultancy Group is actively seeking a driven and commercially minded professional to take on the German Speaking Business Development Representative position in Poland, based in the vibrant city of Kraków. This is a high-impact, hybrid sales role designed for a results-oriented individual who thrives on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing key relationships, and delivering measurable revenue growth within the B2B sales environment. If you are fluent in German, passionate about sales, and eager to advance your career through one of the most exciting German-speaking jobs available in Poland today, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities within German-speaking markets, building a robust and continuously evolving sales pipeline. Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns targeting potential B2B clients through calls, emails, and digital channels to generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term partnerships. Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact to ensure client satisfaction and revenue retention. Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, uncover new prospects, and position our offerings effectively within the sales landscape. Collaborate closely with senior sales and account management teams to align business development strategies with overall commercial goals and revenue targets. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to the specific needs and pain points of prospective German-speaking clients. Accurately maintain and update CRM systems with all sales activities, client interactions, pipeline progression, and forecasting data to ensure full transparency and reporting accuracy. Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs, sales targets, and performance metrics, contributing directly to the growth and success of the wider sales division. Requirements Native or fluent German language proficiency — both spoken and written — is essential for this role, as you will be engaging directly with German-speaking clients and stakeholders on a daily basis. Strong sales experience and approach is required and obligatory — preferably in B2B services, key account management, business development, and prospecting and acquiring new business opportunities. Please note that customer service experience alone and all-around customer service backgrounds are not relevant for this role. Demonstrated ability to independently manage a sales pipeline from initial prospecting through to deal closure, with a consistent record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage C-level and senior decision-makers across diverse industries. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales enablement platforms, with strong organisational skills and an analytical, data-driven approach to business development. A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, international sales team in a hybrid working environment based in Kraków, Poland.
