The desired candidate will be required to perform the following task: • Responsibility for the daily accounting for multiple unregulated Special Purpose Vehicles • Preparation of periodical financial package to the management • Active participation in the preparation of financial statements in German GAAP • Sound knowledge in IFRS • Participation in the preparation of periodical German and Luxembourg VAT returns • Review and approval of accounting reports provided by the property managers • Assistance with preparation of monthly cash flow reports • Reconciliation of Intercompany activities • Active participation in the internal & external audit process Your Profile: • Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration with major in Accounting, Finance or Tax • At least 4 years of relevant post qualified experience (Big Four or in-house accounting position in PERE) • Perfect command of German, fluent in English (both, spoken and written) with French being an asset • MS Office • Excellent organization skills • Team player • Goal oriented and hands on mentality
