Description Do you have a native level of German? Would you like to work in one of the most prestigious companies in the financial sector? Then this interests you! Your mission will be to provide customer service in the German and English language, both by phone and email, for an important financial institution. Responsibilities: • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and/or social media in German and English. • Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, or policies. • Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining high satisfaction levels. • Document customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring records are accurate and up to date. • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary. • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved. Requirements • Required languages: German Native and English Advanced (minimum C1). No Spanish required. • Required experience: Experience in customer service. • Others requirements: Residence in Madrid or willing to relocate. Possibility of hybrid modality once the learning curve has been overcome. • Salary of 23.5k€ gross per year. • Relocation assistance.
