Geomatics/Geospatial Manager/Principal Engineer, Strategy & Innovation (Capability Building)
[What you will be working on]
• Drive comprehensive Geomatics Engineering & Geospatial (GE&G) industry development through strategic manpower and technology roadmapping, and targeted capability enhancement programmes to strengthen Singapore's GE&G ecosystem.
• Manage external strategic collaborations with agencies, consultants, and industry partners to identify emerging industry trends and develop strategic recommendations for holistic GE&G ecosystem development .
• Conduct industry engagement initiatives, coordinate professional development programmes, and manage administrative functions including performance tracking and stakeholder relationship management.
• Support strategic technology transformation initiatives across various domains, including conducting technology assessments, preparing funding proposals, and facilitating knowledge exchange to advance Singapore's GE&G infrastructure and capabilities.
[What we are looking for]
• 3-5 years working experience in public-sector business administration for geomatics/geospatial and related fields (e.g. technology and innovation-related roles and stakeholder engagement) will be preferred.
• Background in Land Surveying, Geomatics Engineering, Remote Sensing, Geospatial, GIS or any equivalent qualifications conferred by a recognised university would be preferred.
• Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a passion in emerging geomatics/geospatial technology (e.g. GeoAI, AI, 3D surveying and mapping, quantum sensing)
