Position: Generative AI Engineer (LLM/RAG) Locations: Utrecht, The Netherlands and Zagreb, Croatia (hybrid) Posted: January 30, 2026 As a Generative AI Engineer, you will build GenAI solutions including custom chat applications, working to optimize processes using agentic workflows and evaluation frameworks. The role involves supporting enterprise clients — primarily financial institutions — in adopting generative and agentic AI within finance processes, plus contributing to Zanders Inside, their cloud platform.
