General Manager – Luxury Resort Kiotari Rhodes Hotel We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the pre-opening and successful launch of a new luxury resort. This is a unique opportunity for a hospitality leader with a strong commercial mindset, proven pre-opening expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Lead the hotel through all pre-opening phases , ensuring operational readiness. Validate the resort's operational concept and guest experience. Take ownership of the critical path and ensure project milestones are achieved on time. Develop and manage the pre-opening budget . Recruit, onboard, and lead the Executive Committee and management team. Establish a strong service culture that reflects the property's luxury positioning. Drive commercial performance while maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Requirements Extensive experience in luxury resorts and villa operations . Proven success in hotel pre-openings and project management. Strong commercial acumen with solid financial and budgeting skills. Excellent relationship management with owners, investors, and key stakeholders . Previous experience in Greek island destinations or seasonal luxury resorts.
