Description
We are seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to lead the opening and successful operation of a new luxury hospitality project in Paros . This is a unique opportunity for a hospitality professional with a proven track record in luxury hotel operations, pre-opening projects, and team leadership to shape an exceptional guest experience from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Lead all aspects of the hotel's pre-opening and operational activities. Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve financial and operational goals. Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality. Recruit, lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams across all departments. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, revenue performance, and cost control. Ensure compliance with company standards, health & safety regulations, and legal requirements. Build strong relationships with guests, local partners, and stakeholders. Collaborate closely with ownership and corporate teams to deliver the project's vision and objectives. Drive continuous improvement in service quality, operational efficiency, and guest experience. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Manager or Hotel Manager in a luxury hotel or resort. Proven experience in hotel pre-opening projects will be considered a strong advantage. Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills. Strong financial and commercial acumen. Passion for luxury hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Greek and additional languages will be considered an asset.
