Description This is a full time position with a reputable company. We offer competitive wages with excellent benefits. Reports directly to the Maintenance Director on site. The Maintenance Assistant position will be in a skilled nursing setting and is responsible for assisting Director with daily general and preventative maintenance, maintaining grounds, completing daily maintenance logs, and customer service. Help maintain well-organized and properly stocked maintenance shop while adhering to safety standards and OSHA guidelines. Occasionally pick up parts needed for general maintenance. Active drivers license and current auto insurance required.
