General Labor - Washroom Onsite | Full-Time Starting Pay: $15 per hour ________________________________________________________________________ Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Plant Support person to maintain sanitation, assist with washroom responsibilities, and keep production areas clean and stocked. This position plays a vital role in upholding our commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and overall plant efficiency. Schedule: • Start time typically begins at 6:00 AM (subject to change based on business needs) • 8–10-hour shifts Monday-Friday with occasional weekends as needed • Must be flexible with shift start and end times Key Responsibilities: • Remove and properly dispose of trash and scrap from all production areas • Sanitize equipment including barrels, smoke trucks, and smoke sticks • Assist washroom staff with cleaning and sanitation duties • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of loading docks and surrounding areas • Supply materials and tools to production teams as needed • Help the Receiving Clerk move tubs and containers during receiving • Operate and maintain company-issued pallet jacks and Hilo (certification provided) • Follow all company policies and procedures including: • GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) • SOPs/SSOPs • MIOSHA and Lockout/Tagout requirements • Report any food safety or sanitation concerns to your supervisor immediately • Support food safety programs by ensuring compliance and accountability Qualifications: • Must be at least 18 years old • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • Ability to work in a cold, damp OR hot environment and year-round weather conditions • Ability to lift and push heavy items (up to 60 lbs.) frequently • Comfortable standing for 8+ hours per day and performing repetitive physical tasks • Willingness to obtain company-issued forklift/pallet jack certification Benefits: • 401(k) • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance • Life Insurance • Paid Time Off • Flexible Spending Account • Employee Discount • Referral Program How to Apply If you are motivated, reliable, and ready to contribute to a successful team, we encourage you to apply today.
