A General crewmember shall perform such job duties and essential functions as listed below as well as any duties and functions as directed by the vessel Master and/or Vessel Manager. Deck Hand :  All crewmembers must have the physical abilities to perform the essential functions and normal customary duties of a deckhand. These duties include but are not limited to the following: • Operate fishing gear and • Mend and repair pots, nets, etc. • Stand a navigational night watch. • Maintain gear and vessel and help with any repairs. • Maintain safety • Wear life vests while the vessel is engaged in • Prepare meals or assist in galley. • When in port, verify that the vessel is properly tied • Help with offloading or backloading of products to or from the vessel. • Participate in safety drills. • Obtain at personal expense a yearly fishing license issued by the State of
