This varied role will involve working under the supervision of site and workshop teams to help maintain high levels of efficiency in day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider team. Key Responsibilities • Support operational teams to ensure smooth day-to-day running of activities across sites. • Assist tradespeople in accessing required tools, equipment, and materials. • Carry out general labouring tasks, material handling, and site support. • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety across work areas. • Contribute to ongoing site readiness, tidiness, and equipment organisation. Requirements • Full driving licence. • A strong interest in engineering, construction, or general trades. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and use initiative. • Willingness to work across various sites and adapt to changing tasks.
