Meaningful Work:  Play a key role in building and maintaining industry-leading Refuse Collection Vehicles. What You’ll Do: Fabricate and weld steel components (2mm–10mm) to exacting standards. Ensure all work meets quality specifications—no faults forward. Read and interpret engineering drawings to build and tack weld assemblies. Support team initiatives, recovery plans, and continuous improvement efforts. Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment. What We’re Looking For: Experience:  MIG & MAG welding, medium-heavy fabrication, and working to tight tolerances. Skills:  Ability to spot and correct visual faults, read engineering drawings, and work flexibly across departments. Qualifications:  Welding/fabrication certifications and relevant training courses.
