USAP-Tennessee is looking for a CRNA to join our team at Tristar Summit Medical Center. USAP-Tennessee serves the greater Nashville market with a collaborative team of more than 300 anesthesiologists and CRNAs providing care across multiple hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers throughout Middle Tennessee. Hospital Information: Tristar Summit is located in Hermitage, TN - 15 minutes outside of Nashville, TN. It is a 190-bed hospital with 13 operating rooms, offering a diverse case load and opportunitiy for CRNAs to do regional. Team consist 20 CRNAs and 8 MDs, providing excellent support and collaboration Schedule: Daily shifts Overnight call consist of night shifts which includes not working during the day and holder the beeper at night 7pm-7am Benefits: 50,000 sign-on bonus &Additional earning potential available Full medical, dental, vision 401(k) + match / profit sharing Malpractice coverage CME and Relocation allowance Additional Benefits: 401k with profit sharing, fertility assistance, pet insurance and so much more!
