Compensation Highlights: Guaranteed Base Salary: $500K On-Call Pay: $1,000 1st call for OR, 24 hour shift $1,000 Anesthesia Administrator, 24 hour shift $ 750 2nd call for OR; Monday-Friday $1,000 2nd call for OR; Saturday - Sunday $ 500 3rd call for OR $2,500 OB call; In-house 24 hour shift $1,000 Post-call day of work Incentive-Based Production Pay: Earn an additional $40 per unit for any production over 3,125 units per quarter. At-Risk Compensation: Boost your earnings with up to 5% of your base salary for achieving quality and service performance measures. Sign-On Bonus: A generous one-time payment to welcome you aboard.
