We have a robust anesthesia residency program, with residents in-house 24/7 taking first call, so that you can take overnight call from home. Practice Highlights: General cases include ortho, endo, trauma, and occasional OB—no cardiac 10–12 ORs daily; all cases at one main hospital 54-hour work week: 3×10-hour shifts + 1 call day + post-call day off Anesthesia residents onsite 24/7 take first call CRNA on-site to support late-night cases after 11pm $280–290/hour as a 1099 Independent Contractor Additional call pay: $1,000 (Saturday), $750 (Friday/Sunday) $50,000 signing bonus and $100,000 student loan repayment Total earnings estimated at $695,520+ annually Live in the Heart of California’s Natural Wonders Nestled between Yosemite and Sequoia National Parks, this community offers breathtaking outdoor access and big-city proximity without the congestion.
