You’ll join a collaborative 3-physician model where 2 are always on while 1 is off, supporting a low-volume call structure and a healthy work-life balance. Position Highlights: 2 Weeks On / 1 Week Off Schedule (13 cycles annually) 12 Days Off Per 28-Day Cycle, Including 9-Day Break (week off + protected weekends) Average 12 Weekday Day Shifts: 8 Covering L&D, Board Running, Pre-ops, CRNA Relief + 4 Own Cases 8 Weekday Calls per Cycle (7 AM–7 AM; post-call day off or first out) 4 Weekend Day Calls Per Cycle (Sat/Sun, ~10–12 monthly cases) Diverse Case Mix: Ortho, OB/GYN, Urology, ENT, General, Podiatry Low After-Hours Volume: ~10–12 cases monthly after 7 PM State-of-the-Art Facility: 4 ORs, Da Vinci Xi Robot Hospital-Employed: Full benefits, $475K base salary, sign-on, relocation, CME, retirement match Independent yet Team-Based Environment: CRNAs run rooms, MDs assist and supervise Discover the lifestyle you’ve been craving in one of Wyoming’s most vibrant gateway communities.
