Evaluate and guide Generative AI outputs and help shape safer, smarter AI systems We are looking for GenAI Romanian Content Experts who will join us in our state-of-the-art working environment in Greece, after relocating to Athens. In this role, you will evaluate and guide Generative AI outputs to ensure policy compliance, safety, and high‑quality user experiences—while working in a supportive Trust & Safety environment. What you’ll do Review, classify, and develop creative Prompts GenAI systems using client tools and guidelines. Input high‑quality data and feedback to improve training, tuning, and evaluation. Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team. What you’ll bring Romanian at excellent level (C1+) and solid English (B2+). 1–2 years’ experience in content safety/moderation or customer support; GenAI familiarity is a plus. Critical thinking, objective decision‑making, excellent written communication, and cultural awareness.
