Weeks 2-4 | Business Discovery & Skill Building • Deliver functional training by track or project area. • Convert high-level project idea into a practical project plan. • Set mentor engagement cadence and clarify expectations. • Run learning workshops that support the intern role and project outcomes. • Confirm success measures for each intern project.
