£40,000 - £45,000 DOE + Overtime + Company Vehicle A leading Building Services and Facilities Management contractor is looking for an experienced Gas Service Engineer to join its growing team covering the West Midlands, North West and Central regions. The Role • Planned and reactive maintenance of commercial heating and mechanical systems. • Service and repair of commercial gas/oil boilers, pumps, AHUs and HVAC equipment. • Fault finding, diagnostics and repairs. • Completion of compliance and gas safety documentation. • Use of tablet-based CAFM systems. • Participation in an on-call rota. What We're Looking For Essential • Current Gas Safe non-domestic qualifications. • Experience servicing and maintaining commercial gas-fired heating systems. • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills. • Full UK driving licence. Desirable • OFTEC qualifications. • Electrical qualifications. • Broad knowledge of M&E systems.
