The Wow   Are you passionate about Casino and looking to take the next step in your iGaming career?     We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Gaming Coordinator to join our Belgian team. Reporting directly to the Casino Manager for Belgium, you will play a key role in ensuring our Casino product remains competitive by coordinating game releases, testing new content, supporting promotional activities, and delivering the best possible player experience.     If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with multiple stakeholders, and have a passion for Casino products, we'd love to hear from you.   A  flavour  of what  you'll  do   Report directly to the Casino Manager  for  Belgium supporting the execution of the Casino product strategy.   Own the Belgium game release roadmap   ensuring all planned releases are delivered on the global release date whenever possible.   Coordinate with internal teams and external game providers to ensure  timely  delivery of new games and product updates.   Execute comprehensive testing of new games across desktop and  mobile     identifying  and escalating any issues before  launch .   Ensure all game releases meet Belgium regulatory and compliance requirements.   Monitor upcoming provider roadmaps and coordinate release planning with relevant stakeholders.   Support the setup and execution of Casino and Live Casino  tournaments    ensuring  all configurations are completed accurately and on time.   Assist with Above-The-Line (ATL) Casino product activities, including game selection, promotional planning and launch coordination.   Liaise with Product, QA, CRM, Compliance and Technical teams to ensure smooth product launches.   Monitor game releases after launch reporting any issues or opportunities for  optimisation .   Conduct competitor analysis and keep up to date with industry trends and new Casino product innovations.   Assist  with gameplay investigations, provider  queries  and any Casino-related operational requests.   Support reporting,  presentations  and ad hoc projects for the Belgium Casino product.     Requirements   Experience within the online gaming/iGaming industry.   Good understanding of Casino products and game providers.   Strong  organisational  skills with excellent attention to detail.   Experience testing digital products or Casino games is considered an advantage.   Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.   Strong analytical mindset with good Excel and Microsoft Office skills.   Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.   Self-motivated,  proactive  and  solution-oriented .   Fluent in English (written and spoken) is essential. Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is considered a strong advantage.   What success looks like   All planned game releases go live on schedule with minimal operational issues.   New games are fully tested and launched with  a high level  of quality.   Tournament configurations are delivered accurately and on time.   Strong collaboration with providers and internal stakeholders.   A competitive Belgium Casino portfolio that  remains  aligned with global releases while meeting local market requ
