Description
N-iX Games is looking for a Game Producer t o join our company.  Founded in 2012, N-iX Games is one of the largest game development and art production vendors in Ukraine, working with leading publishers and media enterprises worldwide. The team of 240+ professionals focuses on full-cycle game development, VR solutions, and content creation for all the most popular platforms. The studio has successfully collaborated with over 40 clients, including Paradox Interactive, Wargaming, Ubisoft, Tempo Storm, Supermassive Games, and others. We are currently seeking an experienced Game Producer to join our team. You’ll lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of games and game-related projects of various sizes. You'll oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality,  drive effective communication with all necessary stakeholders,  proactively manage risks, and keep teams aligned throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements: At least 3 years of experience managing complex projects independently. Strong project planning, budgeting, risk management, and delivery management skills. Proven ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello, or similar) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage expectations. Proactive problem solver with strong decision-making and risk mitigation skills. Client-focused mindset with a commitment to quality and successful project delivery. Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English is a must. Nice to have: Experience with Live-Ops games. Past console releases; experience with passing the console certification process.
