The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the dealing operations and managing the risk associated with trading activities in the forex financial company.  Position: FX Sales Trainee Conversion German Speaking Location: UAE, Dubai Employment type: Full-time RESPONSIBILITIES: Contact potential clients and convert leads into active trading customers Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships to support retention and loyalty Apply sales techniques to maximise client acquisition and trading volume Educate clients on trading platforms, financial products, and market trends Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and high-quality customer experience Support client onboarding and guide users through the FX trading journey Drive revenue growth through active sales and conversion activities Maintain professional communication with clients across all touchpoints.
