As our business continues to evolve, we regularly hire across multiple levels, from Medical Writers through to Medical Directors.
Our scientific teams sit at the center of translating complex medical information into accurate, compelling, and impactful communications across publications, medical affairs, promotional work, and scientific visualization.
We operate in a hybrid model, with offices in New York City, Boston, Lambertville, Chicago, San Francisco, and Carmel. We are also open to remote candidates. For some roles, travel or close proximity to a client location may be required, which will be discussed throughout the interview process.

What you’ll do
Translate complex scientific and clinical data into clear, compelling narratives
Contribute to or lead development of publications, medical education, and promotional materials
Partner with cross-functional teams across strategy, account, and creative
Ensure scientific rigor, accuracy, and compliance across deliverables
Engage with clients and stakeholders, presenting work and guiding discussions
Contribute to strategic thinking, particularly at more senior levels
What you bring
Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, or similar) or equivalent expertise
Experience within a medical communications agency or similar environment
Strong scientific writing and storytelling capabilities
Therapy area expertise (oncology, rare disease, immunology, etc. preferred)
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
Strong collaboration and communication skills
