Description
As a Future Leader of Farm Operations, you will drive operational excellence by solving real business challenges, optimizing processes, and leading cross-functional initiatives that create measurable impact across Eratani’s agribusiness value chain.
Requirements
• Indonesian citizen (WNI)
• Fresh graduate (max. 1 year) with a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field
• Graduated from a reputable university
• Minimum GPA of 3.25/4.00
• Leadership and/or student organization experience
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Basic proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
• International experience is preferred
