POSITION OVERVIEW KKR is seeking an experienced Funds Paralegal with at least eight years of relevant work experience supporting transactions and investment funds, to join its Legal & Compliance team. This role will be responsible for managing and coordinating transaction- and fund-related legal and regulatory matters across KKR's strategies. The position requires exceptional organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively across fund and transactional timelines and multiple stakeholders, including external counsel, KKR Legal & Compliance, Finance, other internal parties, and third-party service providers. The role involves managing end-to-end processes for regulatory submissions across jurisdictions, ensuring timely and accurate filings, maintaining comprehensive records, and serving as a central point of coordination for transaction- and fund-related legal and regulatory activities. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Manage transaction- and fund-related legal and regulatory filings across KKR's fund structures and their associated entities across global jurisdictions, working closely with other Legal colleagues, Compliance, Finance, deal teams, and external counsel. Manage the end-to-end fund documentation, filing preparation, and submission process in accordance with KKR's established procedures, ensuring all required steps are completed accurately and on schedule. Maintain documentation and records systems of fund entities, closings, and filing activity. Track and monitor KKR's corporate and fund entities, and serve as a resource to help determine potential regulatory and organisational obligations in relation to transaction and fund structuring changes, updates, and associated corporate housekeeping. Work with internal stakeholders and external counsel to ensure that information provided to regulators and service providers in respect of KKR's transaction structures and funds and their underlying entities is up to date. QUALIFICATIONS Seven or more years of experience working with investment funds and/or fund entity management in a law firm, in-house legal department, or regulatory compliance environment. Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-party processes involving coordination across internal teams, external counsel, and regulatory authorities. Exceptional organisational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet tight deadlines. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work product. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including with senior executive audiences. Literacy and proficiency in using AI assisted tools Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
