This role combines strategic influence with operational excellence, managing large-scale external partnerships and contributing to global GCM outsourcing initiatives. Join a highly visible function at the core of regulatory compliance and patient safety, collaborating with international stakeholders and guiding complex, high-impact processes. Tasks & responsibilities • One of your key tasks will be to collaborate with internal GPV stakeholders, ensuring the vendor receives and understands all relevant BI guidance documents related to case processing. • Regarding vendor governance, you will drive and contribute to the development and update of internal documents, ensuring alignment with outsourcing activities and regulatory requirements. • Moreover, you will support and execute the global GCM outsourcing strategy and contribute to initiatives that strengthen vendor oversight. • In addition, you will lead and participate in cross-functional projects impacting case processing outsourcing, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in line with business requirements. • Furthermore, you will ensure high-quality safety data processing and regulatory compliance, guiding vendors on adhering to global safety reporting requirements (e.g. FDA, EMA) and internal policies. • You will be the main contact person for vendor oversight and escalation topics, functionally leading a large external workforce and ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost-conscious operations. Requirements • Master's degree in health care, life science, medical information or data science-related field • Several years of experience in pharmacovigilance, safety data management, or vendor oversight within a regulated environment • Proven experience in global safety reporting requirements (e.g. FDA, EMA) and strong understanding of adverse event processes • Strong knowledge of safety data collection (e.g. LSMV), assessment, reporting, and associated systems and technologies • Experience in vendor management, including guiding external partners and handling escalations in a global setup and the ability to apply regulatory, process, and system knowledge • Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, structured working style, and fluency in English As part of our commitment to transparency and fairness, salary information will be shared during the recruitment process.
