We have a global presence, but our headquarters, and the main technical center, are in Porto (Maia), Portugal, where we develop a state-of-the-art solution for Semiconductor, Electronics, Medical Devices, and Industrial Equipment.   Recognized as a Leader by Gartner, we are part of ASMPT, the world's largest supplier of best-in-class equipment, and technological process partner for the electronics and semiconductor industries.  The Role  As a Functional Analyst, your primary focus is to flawlessly execute the deployment of Critical Manufacturing’s MES system across plants worldwide in high-tech facilities manufacturing semiconductors, electronics, medical devices, pharmaceutical or other advanced complex products. You will engage with manufacturing processes, understand customer requirements, and design solutions that improve productivity, quality, and flexibility.  What You Will Do  Perform business process analysis and elaborate strategies and plans for MES implementation Understand specific customer requirements and map them to solutions from the Critical Manufacturing offering Create configurations and customizations tailored to customer needs Perform demonstrations of the solution adapted to customer requirements Coordinate custom developments required for specific manufacturing environments Ensure smooth communication between customers and implementation/development teams Oversee implementation, deployment, and user training activities Facilitate reviews and signoff of key deliverables and milestones with stakeholders What Success Looks Like  Within your first year, you will have: Learned about manufacturing process in complex and high-tech manufacturing industries Understood the capabilities of CM’s award-winning solutions Successfully supported MES deployments, built strong customer relationships, and contributed to continuous improvement initiatives. Why Join Us  Be part of a company shaping the future of manufacturing software Enjoy the freedom to experiment, innovate, and create systems that will last Join a team where storytelling, strategy, and technology meet to make Industry 4.0 real Requirements What You Will Bring Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management Engineering or relevant field More than 4 years of experience working in manufacturing environments in consulting or project deployment Exceptional leadership, communication and presentation skills and be able to motivate teams and manage customers.  Strong team player and creative thinking skills for providing innovative solutions.  Excellent English & Mandarin skills – spoken and written.  Proficient in written and spoken in Mandarin is an added advantage. What We Consider a Plus (not mandatory) Experience in deploying software projects to manufacturing Lean and Six Sigma knowledge Project Management experience
