Infinisource Consulting Solutions - Fulltime Army Military Personnel Manager (must have Army experience) Fulltime Army Military Personnel Manager (must have Army experience) Fulltime Army Military Personnel Manager (must have Army experience) NC Description SUMMARY Provide administrative processing support to Service Members at the Soldier Readiness Center for their deployment/redeployment requirements. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Make sure all persons processing through SRC signs out on the appropriate roster. • Validate Soldiers during the Annual SRC process. • Perform duties at in-processing, personnel records and out-processing stations in the Soldier Readiness Center process. • Performs general administrative duties (i.e. answering phones and questions of the customer). • Assists fellow staff members in controlling the flow of Soldiers throughout the SRC process, to include processing Soldiers for all personnel stations when necessary. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: The requirements identified below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required to satisfactorily meet the expectations of this job: • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. • Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself to make improvements or take corrective action. • Use discretion when processing Soldiers’ personal information. • Must have a working knowledge of personnel Stations. • Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one. • The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong. It does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem. • The ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Must possess a valid U.S. state driver’s license, applicable for the type and class of vehicle being operated.
