Why You'll Love Working Here • Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM-5:00 PM) • No evenings, weekends, or major holidays • Starting pay of $17.00-$19.00/hour based on experience • 14 days Paid Time Off • Up to 5 Wellness Days each year • 13 Paid Holidays • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance • Employer-paid Life and Disability Insurance • Employee Assistance Program • 403(b) Retirement Plan with Employer Match What You'll Do As a Medical Assistant, you'll work closely with our providers to deliver exceptional primary care while helping patients feel welcomed, informed, and cared for. Responsibilities include: • Rooming patients and preparing them for appointments • Recording medical history, medications, and vital signs • Assisting providers with exams and minor procedures • Collecting specimens and performing routine screenings • Documenting patient care in Athena EMR • Supporting patient flow and communicating with patients and families Requirements • High school diploma or GED required • Medical Assistant Certification preferred but not required • Excellent communication and customer service skills • A team player who enjoys helping others • Experience in a medical office is helpful, but we encourage motivated candidates from healthcare or customer service backgrounds to apply If you're looking for a rewarding career where your work truly impacts your community, we'd love to hear from you.
