We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and detail-oriented Full-Time Housekeeper to join our team. This position is initially assigned to our Housekeeping Department . As our community grows and staffing needs evolve, we're looking for someone who is flexible and eager to grow with us. Employees in this role should be open to transitioning into a Caregiver position in the future if operational needs require it. Paid training will be provided for qualified employees. Requirements • Clean resident apartments, bathrooms, and common areas • Complete daily laundry and linen services • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the community • Follow infection control and safety procedures • Report maintenance or safety concerns • Work collaboratively with other team members to provide exceptional resident care Qualifications • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic • Ability to work independently and efficiently • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills • Previous housekeeping experience required • Compassion and respect for older adults • Willingness to learn and adapt to the changing needs of the community • Ability to pass a background check, pre-employment physical, and TB test
