Duties • Assist with patient intake by collecting medical histories, vital signs, and current medications to ensure comprehensive records. • Support physicians and healthcare providers during examinations and procedures • Administer medications and injections following established protocols while maintaining patient safety and comfort. • Support medical administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and patient education to enhance overall service experience. • Help with prior authorizations and record review and chart prepping Skills • Familiarity with medical terminology, immunization and medication administration protocols. • Excellent patient service skills with a focus on compassionate communication and attention to detail during intake and vital sign collection. • Proficiency with EHR systems for accurate charting and documentation of patient information. • Knowledge of family practice protocols and experience supporting inpatient or outpatient care • 1+ years of experience in Family Medicine Pay: $18.00 - $32.00 per hour based on experience/certification/degree Benefits: • 401(k) • Health/vision/dental insurance • Paid time off • Disability insurance • No weekends/holidays • Many more added benefits that can be discussed at interview
