JOB DESCRIPTION Full-time Anesthesiologist Partner Track Position in Orange County Physician-Owned, Privately Held Medical Group Allied Anesthesia is seeking anesthesiologists to join our group, providing high-quality anesthesia care to patients throughout Orange County. We exclusively provide a spectrum of anesthesia services at 11 accredited hospitals and over 20 outpatient surgical center facilities. Candidate Requirements • New or experienced board eligible or board-certified Anesthesiologist • Cardiac and OB subspecialty opportunities • Team player • Positivity • Technical excellence • Clinical expertise Position Perks • 3-year partnership track. • Independent, all physician practice that values diversity and inclusion. • Robust scope of practice including, cardiac, thoracic, neuro, vascular, ortho, obstetric, regional, outpatient anesthesia, and acute pain services. • Partnership pays on K-1 Schedule (Partner’s Share of Income) for tax purposes. This allows Allied Anesthesia physicians to minimize administrative costs. • Eligible for the group health plan, group malpractice and group long term disability. • Collegial, fun work environment. • Competitive compensation.
