We are a German company and opened our first office in Prishtina in July 2025. We recently moved into our brand-new office located on Muharrem Fejza, a modern penthouse featuring a spacious rooftop terrace, bright workspaces, and an inspiring environment designed for collaboration, creativity, and growth. We currently have 8 employees there and plan to grow to around 15 team members by the end of the year! Exciting times lie ahead for both you and us, and we'd love for you to be part of our journey!   Compensation & Start Date Start date: The sooner the better. Salary: We aim to offer a fair and competitive salary. As this is the 1st time we are hiring for this role in Prishtina, we do not yet know what the exact range is.Very likely it will be around 2.500 € to 3.500 € for 40h/week. We are open for discussions. Remote days are possible. 23 vacation days + public holidays in Prishtina. Our goal is to help leaders solve challenges and grow personally and professionally. Members of our communities include executives from companies such as Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Airbus, Amazon, and Siemens.In our 8 communities, we currently organize the following: Around 25 in-person networking events in 7 different countries per month 4 conferences in Munich, London and Paris per year Additional networking opportunities for community members.  Our goal is to welcome two million active members into our communities by 2034. Check out the "Level Up HR" and the "LEADERS IN CONSULTING" communities as prime examples. Your mission is to build and scale robust IT tools that enable SAWOO to efficiently manage a growing professional member base and radically automate our internal processes. The goal is to take technical ownership of our "Community Operating System" ensuring that data flows seamlessly and features are shipped weekly to drive our growth. What you will do Software Development: You are responsible for the development and deployment of reliable software for our proprietary Community Operating System (Stack: Golang, React, TS, Postgres, MongoDB). Platform Management: You will maintain our multi-tenant website (Next.js/Sanity) and our custom Chrome Extension. Backlog & Prioritization: You will actively participate in weekly discussions on issue backlogs to align technical efforts with SAWOO’s strategic priorities. Continuous Implementation: You will execute weekly deployments for the Community OS and multi-tenant systems, ensuring we maintain high velocity. Data Integrity: You will monitor our BigQuery and Metabase pipelines to ensure zero critical errors in our data processing. Proactive Communication: You will provide twice-weekly progress checks and instantly escalate hurdles or technical blockers. Success Metrics (Critical Results) We measure success through clear, data-driven outcomes: Feature Cycle Time: Average cycle time of less than 5 days per feature. Technical Ownership: 100% documentation and maintenance of the Community OS. Deployment Velocity: A minimum of 1 feature or update shipped per week. Process Automation: Completion of 3+ major automat
