Fulfillment Line Lead Lawrence Paper Company Compensation: Starts at $20.46/hour Location: Lawrence, KS Shift: First Shift (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM)   Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and dependable Line Lead  to join our Fulfillment team. As a  Line Lead , you are responsible for performing various duties on a packaging line and making sure that line is set up and run efficiently throughout the shift while adhering to quality and safety guidelines. Responsibilities: Locate, read, and understand all information in the pack out instructions Identify equipment and supplies required for line set up Perform quality checks Set and adjust pallet wrapper and replace roll of strap as needed Direct incoming and outgoing material from the line Achieve daily production goals Implement improvements for productivity Ensure productivity and efficiency on the line Coach, train, and lead others Communicate with various staff members to replenish supplies and materials on the line
