In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our customers safe on the road by providing quality tire services in a fast-paced, team-oriented shop. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in attention to detail, and want to grow in the automotive industry, we’d love to meet you! Schedule:  Monday–Friday (No Weekends) 🛠️ Key Responsibilities Inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires Ensure proper installation and torque procedures are followed Perform basic maintenance services (oil changes, fluid checks, etc.) as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow shop safety standards and company procedures Communicate service recommendations to team members and customers   🎯 What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience as a  Tire & Lube Technician  (preferred but not required) Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills Ability to safely operate shop tools and equipment Excellent attention to detail Good time‑management and ability to work efficiently Strong communication and customer service skills Able to work independently and as part of a team 🎁 Benefits & Perks Competitive Pay Health, Dental, and Vision Coverage Paid Vacation Training & Development Opportunities Friendly, Professional Work Environment Real Opportunity for Career Advancement   Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50+ lbs. regularly Standing, bending, and moving for extended periods Comfortable working in a shop environment (heat/cold, noise, etc.)   🚀 Ready to Build Your Career?
