We’re looking for a passionate Front-End Developer to join our team and help create fast, responsive, and visually appealing web applications that deliver an exceptional user experience. ⸻ Job Summary As a Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the user-facing side of the WorkflowsHR platform. You’ll collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, product managers, and QA testers to build scalable, responsive, and high-performing web applications. ⸻ Key Responsibilities * Develop responsive, mobile-friendly web interfaces for the WorkflowsHR platform. * Convert UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable, and reusable code. * Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and application functionality. * Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability. * Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design across devices. * Write clean, well-documented, and testable code. * Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards. * Troubleshoot and resolve front-end bugs and usability issues. * Stay updated with modern front-end technologies and recommend improvements. * Work closely with the product team to continuously improve user experience. ⸻ Required Skills & Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). * 2+ years of experience in Front-End Development. * Strong proficiency in: * HTML5 * CSS3 * JavaScript (ES6+) * Experience with one or more modern JavaScript frameworks: * React.js (Preferred) * Vue.js * Angular * Experience consuming RESTful APIs. * Knowledge of responsive design principles. * Familiarity with Git version control. * Understanding of web performance optimization techniques. * Ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code. * Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. ⸻ Preferred Qualifications * Experience with TypeScript. * Experience using Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Material UI. * Familiarity with Next.js. * Understanding of authentication methods (JWT, OAuth). * Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. * Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) best practices. * Familiarity with HR, SaaS, or enterprise software products is an added advantage. ⸻ Soft Skills * Strong communication skills. * Excellent attention to detail. * Ability to work independently in a remote environment. * Team player with a collaborative mindset. * Good time management and organizational skills. * Willingness to learn and adapt quickly. ⸻ Tech Stack * React.js * Next.js * JavaScript / TypeScript * HTML5 * CSS3 * Tailwind CSS * REST APIs * Git & GitHub * Figma (for collaborating with designers) ⸻ What We Offer * Competitive salary. *Hybrid work environment. * Opportunity to work on a growing HR technology platform. * Professional development and learning opportunities. * Collaborative and supportive team culture. * Career growth opportunities within the company. ⸻ How to Apply Interested candidates should submit: * An updated CV/Resume * Portfolio or GitHub profile showcasing previous projects * Links to any live applications (if available) • Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
