Then you're exactly who we're looking for as a dedicated Front Office Manager (m/f/d) for our Wedelhütte office!
Your profile
• Professional experience: Several years of professional experience in the upscale hospitality industry.
• IT skills: Good IT skills, ideally experience with booking software.
• A host by passion
• Strong communication skills: Excellent communication skills in German and/or English, along with the ability to keep a cool head even in demanding situations.
• Organizational talent: A structured way of working and outstanding organisational talent.
• Appearance: Well-groomed appearance and a positive charisma.
• Enthusiasm: You have a passion for the mountains and nature.
• Commute: For winter sports fans, the commute can be done by ski or snowboard – including first and last line on the empty slopes.
Your responsibilities
• Guest reception and care: Responsible for the warm welcome of our guests as well as their individual care during their stay. Assistance with questions, reservations and special requests.
• Office organization: Management of office operations, handling of enquiries and coordination of internal processes.
• IT management: Maintaining databases and providing support with the use of booking platforms.
• Internal communication: Close cooperation with the kitchen, service and administration departments to ensure an optimal flow of information.
• Shop support: Responsibility for our shop – including product presentation, inventory management, and customer advice.

For full-time employment, a 6-day week (48 hrs.) with 1 – 2 evening shifts per week incl. attractive Gross wage from € 3,000.– planned (pay above the collective agreement for Hospitality & Gastronomy, with the possibility of additional adjustment depending on qualifications). Working hours: 08:00 – 16:00 – no split shift, no evening shift. In addition, there is a share of the tips, holiday and Christmas bonuses (pro rata), free board and lodging, and further goodies on top!
