About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Front Office Coordinator to join our English language school. This dynamic role combines reception and student support duties with the coordination of social activities and the recruitment and training of interns. You will be a key point of contact for students, helping to create a positive and engaging experience throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Student Services
• Welcome students, visitors, and partners in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage front desk operations and respond to enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Support students with administrative requests and general welfare needs.
• Maintain student records, process payments, and ensure reception areas are well presented.
Activities Coordination
• Plan, organise, and promote social, cultural, and leisure activities for students.
• Coordinate bookings, logistics, and communication for events and excursions.
• Build relationships with local activity providers and gather student feedback to enhance programmes.
Intern Recruitment & Training
• Recruit, onboard, and train interns.
• Coordinate internship schedules and monitor performance.
• Provide ongoing guidance and support to ensure high standards of customer service and professionalism.
