Description
Key Responsibilities
•
Requirement Gathering: Partner with Front Office, Middle Office, and Research teams to translate business needs into clear BRDs and UAT plans.
•
Solutioning & Coordination: Propose high-level solutions and collaborate closely with the development team to ensure accurate technical implementation.
•
Project Tracking & Reporting: Monitor project status, identify risks, and deliver performance analysis/trend insights to the Project Manager and senior management.
•
Testing & UAT Support: Assist testing teams with test case preparation; coordinate and validate UAT alongside business users.
Job Requirements
•
Education & Experience: Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) with 3+ years of Business Analysis/Support experience within Investment Banking or Securities Trading.
•
Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge of cash equity front-office trading workflows, including OMS/EMS and exchange connectivity.
•
Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL, Excel, Linux, and FIX Protocol . Experience with UL Bridge or Sybase is a plus.
•
Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving, multi-tasking, and organizational skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
•
Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese) . Proficiency in Mandarin or Japanese is an advantage.
