SWOT Hospitality is excited to announce an opening for the position of Front Office Agent at the Kampos Paros hotel, part of the Hyatt brand. Requirements As a Front Office Agent, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Providing exceptional service to guests upon arrival and throughout their stay, focusing on check-in and check-out procedures. Welcoming guests and conducting the registration process, ensuring that all necessary identification and payment details are obtained in accordance with hotel policies. Managing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly to ensure overall guest satisfaction. Assisting in upselling hotel services and promotions to enhance revenue. Coordinating with various hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintaining thorough knowledge of hotel amenities and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests. Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding guest accommodations and reservations. Qualifications: Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred. Previous experience as a Front Office Agent or similar role in the hospitality industry. Strong communication skills, fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor. Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) is desirable. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
