At Lounge, we believe in bringing people together over delicious food in a relaxed and welcoming
environment. What started in Bristol in 2002 has grown into more than 250 Lounges across the

Young or old, and even your dogs, we’re here to make you feel welcome.
Working here means being part of a team that takes pride in creating great spaces for guests and
communities alike. Our Lounges regularly support local causes, host events and raise money for
charities that matter to our teams and customers. You’ll also find a culture where you can be
yourself: No uniforms, no cookie-cutter venues. Just great people bringing their personality and
energy to every shift.

Your Community
Community is the heart of everything we do at Lounges, and it's the reason we exist.
We want our team to feel empowered to give back to their local community and support their local
area, and with this in mind, all our Lounges are able to run their own events and fundraising on
local matters that are important to them and their customers.
Each lounge team receives £1,000 to use as they want to support a local charity or cause that
matters to their community
Every June, all of our Lounges take part in LoungeAid, our annual fundraising event where our Lounge
teams choose a charity that is important to their community to support and raise money by holding
different events. In 2025, we raised over £200,000 for local charities during LoungeAid.
All of our Lounges have their own social accounts. Make sure to check out the posts from your local
Lounge to see how they use their Community Fund.
Every Lounge regularly hosts events including: Quiz nights, live music, book clubs, paint and sips,
parent and baby clubs, bake sales and much more.
