Set along the Codorus Creek,  Regents'  Glen features an award-winning Arthur Hills golf course and amenities including a pool, fitness center, and tennis courts. At its heart is The Fairway Table, our family-friendly restaurant where members and guests come together to enjoy  the  good life. Job Summary The Fairway Table at Regents' Glen Country Club is  seeking  a mature, dependable Front of House (FOH) Manager to lead our restaurant and poolside dining operations. This role oversees a team of 10-15 staff at any given time across both the restaurant and pool service areas, ensuring smooth, high-quality service for members and guests. The ideal candidate has solid restaurant experience and thrives in a fast-paced, member-focused environment — prior management experience is a plus but not  required . Evening and weekend availability  is  essential. Key Responsibilities • Oversee daily FOH operations for both the restaurant and pool service, ensuring consistent, high-quality guest experience • Lead, schedule, and supervise a team of 10-15 servers, bartenders, and support staff during each shift • Train  new staff  and provide ongoing coaching to existing team members • Manage service flow during peak hours, stepping in on the floor as needed • Handle member and guest concerns promptly and professionally • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure  timely ,  accurate  order execution • Monitor and  maintain  cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards across the restaurant and pool dining areas • Assist  with opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and shift reporting • Help  maintain  a positive, professional team culture during evening and weekend rushes Qualifications • Previous  restaurant experience  required ; management experience preferred but not mandatory • Availability to work evenings and weekends • Mature, dependable, and able to lead a team confidently under pressure • Strong communication  and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage staff of varying experience levels • Comfortable working in a member/guest-facing hospitality environment • Ability to multitask across both indoor restaurant service and outdoor poolside service
